Paula Williams, Director
As Managing Director, Paula is a trusted specialist in providing learning and development solutions for businesses in Guernsey and Jersey. Her expertise in learning and development is underpinned with a Diploma in Tertiary Teaching as well as successfully delivering organisational change programmes. Paula has a Henley MBA in Strategic Management and is an experienced Management Consultant. She is also the President and a Non-Executive Director for the Channel Islands Cooperative Society and Chair for the Bailiwick Scout Association (which won the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2019).
Angus Kemp, Director
Angus is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been involved in tutoring students in the Channel Islands for over twenty-five years. In 1995, he established Offshore Training Consortium in Guernsey which was subsequently acquired by BPP plc, the UK’s largest provider of professional education training. Angus’s extensive academic credentials include a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Economics and Politics, a Masters degree in Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Accountancy together with a Teaching Certificate.
Lisa is the Channel Islands Director at Liquid and was recognised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations as Britain’s Outstanding Young Communicator at the national CIPR Excellence Awards in 2012. She is a highly qualified PR practitioner, combining a robust knowledge base with extensive practical experience. She was named Young Communicator of the year at the Wessex & Channel Islands Pride Awards in 2011. Lisa delivers high standards of service, through her conviction that established clients should be treated with the same enthusiasm and dedication as new clients.
