Paula Williams, Director

As Managing Director, Paula is a trusted specialist in providing learning and development solutions for businesses in International Finance Centres. Her expertise in learning and development is underpinned with a Diploma in Tertiary Teaching as well as successfully delivering organisational change programmes. Paula has a Henley MBA in Strategic Management, the IoD Diploma in Company Direction and is an experienced Management Consultant. She is also a Non-Executive Director for Guernsey Post, Chair for the Bailiwick Scout Association (which won the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2019) and until recently a Non-Executive Director and President for the Channel Islands Co-operative Society.

Angus Kemp, Director

Angus is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been involved in tutoring students in the Channel Islands for over twenty-five years. In 1995, he established Offshore Training Consortium in Guernsey which was subsequently acquired by BPP plc, the UK’s largest provider of professional education training. Angus’s extensive academic credentials include a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Economics and Politics, a Masters degree in Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Accountancy together with a Teaching Certificate.

Jon Buckland

Jon Buckland from Unleashing Potential has extensive experience in the public and private sector with most recently holding senior leadership positions within Guernsey’s civil service. He is highly innovative and creative whilst passionate about finding ways that government and businesses can better meet the needs of their communities and customers in a holistic manner. He lead the States’ innovation and continuous improvement programme with the focus on developing new capabilities and focusing on cultural transformation. Explored ways to bring technology and Design Thinking tools to consultations to ensure public services were aligned to the users’ needs. Passionate about the growth of conscious capitalism as a force for good and transforming the way businesses interact with their communities.

Charles Freeman

Charles Freeman specialises in corporate governance, risk management and compliance. He is a Chartered Secretary by profession and has worked in both the fund and fiduciary sectors as both a consultant as well as in-house.

He is the immediate past Chairman of the Guernsey Association of Compliance Officers and was a member of the Guernsey Branch Committee of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners between 2006 and 2020.
